O/T yes, diet is everything; "garbage in/garbage out" Personally, the last couple of years have been difficult, just a lot of chronic type stuff, like aches and pains, influenza and head colds. Don't know if it's the chemtrails, the sun's activity, earth changes? Nevertheless I'm doing well today. That said, we're having endless rain in these parts and the entire province is under flood watch. I hope it's not going to evolve into another Europe, but the rivers are indicating as much. ...again with the chart, nice bottoming pattern until the break-down.
