Brian, I agree. Currently it appears that they have to get the
approval of its shareholders at a meeting prior to any proposed
issuance. They just want to elimanate that extra step.

I don't think it is a strong enough stock to use for acquirments.

Other Resolutions:

#1 FOR (why not receive extra reports, it could be useful?)

#2 ??? (re-elect Lee Kheng Nam, what's his track record? Is he
good or bad for the company? Any comments out there?)

#3 ??? (Director's fees? How else to they get paid? ~25K over in
Singapore is a lot of cash. Wages over there is quite low.) Directors
are mainly just figure-heads. True?)

#4 ??? (reappoint Price Waterhouse? Well are they really doing more
they just bean counting? Come on, if they are going to contract out
accounting, then they should make a presentation at the meeting instead of "if they feel like it". That sounds like a cop out to me.

#6 and #7 almost look like the same thing?
