The 1.45 estimate cited in a DJ news item was in error. They issued a correction stating 1.15 for 98.

I still don't think it is. I think other companies have approached
ASND, but if you were looking at what Mory can see (products, contracts,
projections, etc.) why put the company up for sale? That is for the
SHVAs, MADGFs, etc. of the world.
