Ukiah is well inland. Cute little down very little growth no industry. Seems like some good land between Ukiah and Santa Rosa if the state wanted to add another 5M people one day. Love the climate much better than along the coast but not the hot desert either.. Still to me seems so damn expensive but obviously the locals that control it don't want the growth. I would die either broke or bored to death if I was a RE investor there these days<g>
