Extend you time period to 3 years. I should have stated that. Sorry. Now take a peek. After you do that look at it with a 54. As you do this you will see the MOVE UP. and where it COULD GO. The 54 will show you how extended. The reversal will show you the range of possibility. And why the 486 or 162. It's just math that is viewed from a long term perspecitve going back 40 years. What is sweet about it is you can over lay and compare to micro and macro views. Yet more importantly one has to have an understanding of what will fuel it up or down. The bell curve I put up often is now at 59 ish. OR it's rolling over. My work says 50-45 before it ends. That is based on looking at ALL sectors and seeing what each has done and how much more can occur. Since so many money guys have been resistant to the retrace and have been BUYING ..and doing so FOOLISHLY.. well that caused many a sector to be up for too long. NOW we begin to see some unravel as the thinkers thought WRONG and now selling is happening. EX Financials, banks see selling. That is JUST beginning. So as we roll over there will be those moments where an indicator goes to excess and we are DUE A BOUNCE. We are CLOSE for a BOUNCE in the SPX. I won't fight the selling. I'll just watch where it ends and then consider how HIGH the bounce before we continue the downside. And I will determine that downside by numbers considered to see if they have been met or there's more to come. YOU look at that the spx with a 54 value and for 3 years and YOU TELL ME.. Hope it helps. The bottom line is those who are open see things and those who look thru the blinders used on a trotter see just what's in front of them. Fintas
