Cary, It's an option so it has a value. I don't really have the time to do a B/S model evaluation to determine the street value of these warrents. I guess you could look up the value of an equivalent leap. I should chill out a little on this I'm just pissed that I did'nt know that Opti was even interested in selling their Audio business. I'm not saying that they could have gotten more for it, but it would be nice to know the direction in which the company is going. I specifically purchased Opti because I thought that they could be successful in the Audio multi-media business. Now I have to re-evaluate my reasons for continuing to hold Opti. One thing I know is that this reduces the chances of a takeover by another Semi company, which is something that I was hopeing for. slob
