Can 1300 be hit before 1700. YES! In an earlier post today I said anything is possible. You could have saved energy/space/time and deduced my answer to such a "can it" question from there. The question I asked was a "will it?" question, and not a "can it" question, based on whatever form of chicken entrails tossing one may use in his belief system. I already told you that I expect new highs without going below 1536. That is my preference. At the very, very worst I expect 1490-1500, but that (in my book) is a low-probability event as of now. How can I be more clear?
