He was the original teabagger My take is Reaganomics at the time was a net positive adjusting for 40-50 years of liberalism maybe taken to extremes. We had about the right balance 20 years ago when Clinton became president and it seemed to deviate little for most of his term.. GOP control of congress, the internet, cheap labor from China and after effects of the fall of communism changed the game for good? Continuing to double down on Reagan this late into 30+ years of trickle down economics, record wealth disparity, outsourcing, union busting ect is a losing game. Look no further than the stock market hitting record highs just like in the mid 80's and the mid to late 90's but this time J6P being left in the dust..
