What I think is that it's sometimes hard to separate facts from opinions here; vigilance is required. I actually don't detect much change in tone -- it has always tended towards the bullish, as I would expect (those motivated to post tend to have an interest, and since we're mostly amateurs -- I think -- that interest tends to be on the long side). What I do notice is a falling off in the number of posts since the October event. To some extent I consider the tone of postings on SI a contrarian indicator. Some of the best times for this stock seem to have been when Twister was loudest. If you want an example of emotional posts, IMHO, visit the INTC and DELL threads. Things here seem pretty reasonable to me by comparison. JMHO.
