I'm not talking about working somebody just 30 hours a week.

I'm talking about essentially keeping people on-call all the time and therefore not allowing them to work any OTHER jobs.

If Walmart tells their employees that they have to work 9:00 to 12:00 and then come back and work 3:00 to 6:00 and then come in the next day and work 11:00 to 2:00 and then 7:00 to 10:00 then they essentially ELIMINATED that employee's opportunity to work anywhere else.

I'm using those hours hypothetically, but from the schedules I've heard that some of their employees are forced to work I think they make the point.
