Message 28748449 There were no units for sale in my neighborhood during the last 5 months. When my real estate agent told me banks were holding back their inventories. After price surged 40 -50% around this zip code while few units were sold. We can imagine it is a stock's price surged 40% at very thin trading volume which could be a very bad sign if we have a climbing LT interest rate. The Fed will be forced to decide if they want to reverse their tapering BS again. BTW, two units next to mine just popped up for sale at insane prices yesterday. Looks like a rush to the exit to me. We shall see.
