No, Tulvio, a lot of these foundries are going to contiue and manufacture their current .65 and ,35 types of products for the next ten years. Furthermore, a lot might be mothballed, not being competitive anymore and not being convertible to .25 or lower just because the infrastructure cannot accomodate the much higher clean room class required as you go to lower and lower features. As I said, it would be rational to expect conversion of 10% of production to .25 within the next three years, or a demand for about 1200 DUV steppers spread over that period. Just my opinion, of course.
