FOX as always is highly politicizing this issue. Now they say that the FISA is illegal and that NSA cannot use the FISA courts to snoop. I say, well Mr. FOX News, why was it illegal when Bush said he was moving the FISA courts to approve his snoopings but he did not use FISA but circumvented it instead.

At least in Obama's case, all three branches of Govt. are involved. It would be worthwhile to find out where this database resides and whose jurisdiction is it under. Particularly in light of some renegade IRS officials who on their own decided to move against certain political parties. You could have some NSA officials do the same with the database of "who called whom, when and for how long."

Also notice how the scoundrel Cheney is trying to surface. That guy should be chased away from the political scene and should be legally threatened to leave our political system alone. I doubt how many Americans can recall the names of former VPs, but they surely can recall Cheney's name along with the crap he did as VP.
