No one chased ecrire off the thread. Immodesty and gloating have been two hallmarks of her posting style all these months. More likely she lost a promotion when the Squid figured out she was wasting time tweaking noses on here. LOL

Thanks. Over the years I have repeatedly cautioned against all the wild eyed bullishness. The props under gold no longer exist i.e. weak dollar and inflation. Uncomprehending, nonsensical projections by various people are now suffering the consequences. As for the future I would still not touch mining stocks with a ten foot pole; For the future we will surely have occasional trading rallies but the overall trend remains bearish. The bear gold trend that began in 1981 lasted 20 years.

Ecrire, Jim M and myself were called excrement and put on ignore by Tommaso and others for suggesting the miners were heading south. Then they disappeared.
