You think I will let these insiders pocket millions of dollars by selling me and other investors 3COM shares while at the same time pump up the stock price by giving wrong or dealyed information to the public? No, sir. Even if I don't get a cent, I do anything to make sure that these insiders don't get away with stealing my hard-earned dollars. Ben, You are investing in management when you invest in a company. If you feel they are crooked, you should not invest in that company. There should be due dilligence on the part of the investor to see that the company has good management and fair management. Glenn

Ben- I've been investing in the market for about two decades now and everytime I run into a guy like you that BLAMES management in the way you describe, I just shake my head.........When did you buy 3Com and WHY?
Some buddy of yours give you a hot tip?

You guys ALL crying about mis-leading management and insider sales are the ones that need to get a life. You haven't presented ONE fact to support your ridiculous theories.........You don't even know WHO the insiders were who sold and their reasons. Tell me any insider outside of USR who sold their stock and I'll give you some data to back it up. Do you even know anything about company directors limitations on selling stock in a company they work for?

You guys need to get off this tangent and start focusing on what you are going to do to recover your losses...(I'm assuming you're in the red)

You're never going to get anywhere in this business of investing with this mind-set.
