Dano -- You too much. I just love it when you tell me I am right because it happens so infrequently. (I have known Dano for about 8 years -- and I still have more hair than him.)

The bottom line, IMO, is you can't translate market psychology into a computer-based system. As Sire Thean, God of T&A, will attest, you must blend the numbers with the commons sense and actualities of the market in order to make buy/sell decisions. I also add a heavy Justin Wilson-size dose of "gut feel" to my recipe.

When you watch the stocks tick by tick, every day like I do, you get a "feel" for them...or at least you become to think that you do. I base most of my trading on that feel. If you don't watch it every tick every day you don't get the same feel. But then I don't have much else to do. It's hard to get a day off when you don't have a job. (Anybody need a brilliant mover and shaker for a fun, money-making project?)

But like I said before...I like this T&A stuff and want to learn just a little of it to give me some gentle guidance.

That said, I would NEVER use Vector Vest or any of those types of systems.
