Hey jmdi123, I'm not sure that's what Howard Williams was describing, but he can say for himself. What I think he was observing was perhaps, a bit of conditioning looking for a response. A conditioned response from a fisher with a handful of food pellets, letting one out and another and another in ten minute increments, playing silly market games by the side of the pond. I will admit, it was an interesting, juvenile experiment that cost fees and yielded little, but confirms the level of interference this effort and others like it have meant to impose on the stock and the company.
