So you've been educating yourself, but still are filled with bile. One mistake you're making is to think that the Hebrew scriptures calling Cyrus annointed means the Persians "gifted" the idea to anyone. It was after all the Hebrew scriptures where the term appears, not some Persian text. Also, the translation of the Hebrew scriptures into Greek didn't involve any "kindly donation" by the Greeks. It would have been Jews doing the translating.
