It will be a minor miracle if we get thru Obama and get to replace all the conservative judges with new young conservatives. It is our only hope though. Such a sad truth. We really have reached a tipping point that is historically unprecedented. This president really no longer cares about the legality of his actions. He knows that he and his henchmen may break laws with impunity, and he has two powerful forces working in his behalf that will allow him to continue to do so (and in that way realize his leftist agenda). The mainstream media will cover him by either minimizing, completely ignoring, or distorting (to his benefit) his crimes, and the general populace will continue to be too 'otherwise occupied' to pay enough attention to make him pay for them, either judicially or politically. Granted his popularity is on the wane, but the media will ramp up their efforts to improve his image, and citizen ignorance will be played upon, if and when the leftist powerhold is threatened in 2014. His arrogance is now almost surreal. Washington is spinning out of control as a result of his administration's countless partisan criminal activities, and he is planning hundred million dollar vacations and lecturing us about global warming. He knows he pretty much enjoys free rein at this point, because he is literally answerable to no one .... except the 10% of us who care enough to give a damn, and he is using our tax dollars and the power of the executive branch to silence us.
