That's what you say, but then you weren't there. No, the writers of the OT that mention the Persian Savior Cyrus over 3 doz times, were there. And its not really a contest here, most scholars agree theres no doubts the Zoroastrian eschatology, its monotheism complete with angels, belief in resurrection, final judgement , messiahs & demonology absolutely had an syncretic influence on Judaism.

Ah who cares, you're only interested in slamming Christianity and its root, Judaism. Well Christians did most of the real time slamming of the Jews, my directing you to the sources of borrowed core tenant religious beliefs you think are original, is only a natural part of the human story of races & religion overlapping each other, the real story. If such real concepts tax your mind too bad ,this is how it works on the bright blue spinning ball of planet earth, you can take it up with the Intelligent Designer if you like. Sounds like your giving up? Its perfectly natural to understand why any tribe chooses to inflate its own beginnings with origin myths with great fictional heros, its the nature of man to make up stories. Especially make up whoppers since they've been mostly trodden upon under heel most of the time by powerful outside forces & generally a frustrated lot trying to find their identity. It would be the most natural thing to take on such that the great Persian benefactors magi could teach them, then disguise as their own. (Those Jews were certainly not much in any mood to adopt any Babylonian core tenants, since it was common for their scribes to pen out diatribes of hatred against those oppressors calling for God to smash all the Babylonian's children into walls.)
