Housing continues to be a bright spot keeping the economy alive. When QE tapers, what happens next? I think I might ask the local heroin addict what happens when he doesn't get his fix. That may give me some answers.

Being overdramatic MM. Nice to see you back. We are screwed if interest rates or oil skyrocket. If not we coast at a lower cruise speed than the hyper 80's and 90's growth rates for several more years Going to be the next big thing around the corner that shakes things up yet again plus another housing bubble if this keeps up on the backside
