I'd say Holder hasn't brought indictments regardless of whether there was grounds or not. He's not even trying. I wish I could find that old graphic for you showing how many indictments he's brought versus AGs going back many years. It shows how much of an anomaly Holder is and proves that the problem isn't finding legal grounds, but in getting Holder to act. Why do you think Senator Warren is so outraged? She knows that what is going on is illegal. Remember that she's a lawyer and a Democrat. She's only trying to do the right thing. Holder is a disaster of an AG, but then again, he's just doing Obama's bidding and Obama has always felt it was better to sweeps the banker crimes under the rug rather than uphold the law and risk a loss of confidence in the big banks and potentially trigger another financial crisis. I disagree with that policy, but it is what Obama and Holder were aiming for.
