Yes it is. Visit ibm.net and download the software. It's that easy. I've used it for a looong time, only had to call the customer service once for drops, and got the second-level (IBM's topgun experts) support call back within 10 minutes. It turned out to be my local loop's problem due to a storm.

The messsage was clear, but the meaning was garbled ;)

First LHS Group does not have anything to do with IBM and second I just own some IBM leaps (g) - otherwise it's AOL.
