Don't believe there was ever actually any "testimony to the contrary". No testimony that I'm aware of, (none that has been made public thus far anyway...), EVER said anything like 'This is the ONLY screening criteria that the IRS ever used" or "This is the one and only BOLO list that was ever used by this group", etc. IRS targeting included liberal groups By Dana Bash.
