She is not a kid she is an adult. My children would not respond in that manner. They have respect for other people. If it was their friend murdered they would want to be their to make things as right as they could. She is defiant, rude and has no care about being there anymore. Bottom line... phone records confirm she was on phone with Trayvon at the time of the confrontation. Kind of hard to impeach that. Nothing which happened after that time changes what happened on the night in question. Motivations of others are not her problem. |

If she FTA's (fails to appear) tomorrow, the judge will issue a bench warrant, and send the court officer, probably immediately, to pick her up (arrest her) while they continue w/ other witnesses. She'll be placed in a holding cell, then brought into the courtroom to finish her testimony. THEN you'll see what hostile witness really looks like..... |
