Message 28951886 hardly... mideast tensions would imply that 33+ million barrels would not be stored in tankers representing 50% of a counntries delivery capacity, within sonar, satellite, radar or whatever other systems might be available, one should consider only facts......not aligned to a contrivance. i love this thread...its storied history of leaders who were not afraid to set paths.. all prices are always artifacts of prevailing systems intent... be unafraid...there is motion in the $....and that is where the bandwidth needs to be. move on to the next play with a smile that radiates in its awareness.
