GOP must turn out more white voters and improve their performance among Hispanics, African-Americans and Asian-Americans.

I agree with the turnout part. That's when the Dems do, why doesn't the GOP do it? Rolling over to the Democrats and giving them what they want to then give to Spics and Afros and expect the Spics and Afros will vote GOP demonstrates that Rove and some of the GOP don't have a clue.
