Dan, here is my hint for making the $1000 next week. Put your $10,000 in BROC on Monday. Don't buy "at market", but place your buy order in the middle of the spread. Than place a stop loss as soon as you are $1000 ahead and move the stop up if the stock continues up. Mr. Keane, CEO of KEA joined the BROC Board last week and a big buyer started picking up shares soon thereafter. I could be wrong, but I expect the up trend to continue. You would have made your $1000 on Friday in BROC.......

You did not listen to what I was saying. I did say "commissions" but that can found in the spread on top of the "charge per trade". Although, Lombard only chargers $20 for a limit order, you have to understand that they use U.S. Clearinghouse to execute the order, whom makes a market in most of the stocks that one trades. Therefore there is a conflict of interest working here. U.S. Clearinghouse makes a profit at your expense. When they have the ability to execute an order at say $4.00 while your limit order is at $4 3/16. They execute the trade at $4.00 and then give you the stock a $4 3/16 taking home the 3/16 for themselves. (At 1000 shares that is $187.00 profit you missed out on if you had a broker working with you, not against you.)
Makes an extra $30 dollars or so a trade look pretty cheap.
