jim, rerard the post... that's what it says..it list the securities at the bottom.. do me a favor and just quit reading my post if all you are going to do is mis state them here's where I list the cash and secuities "I do see dell's cash down to 222 million.that seems low.. liability for put options is 51 million they have 1.4 billion of marketable securties" I asked about something else..you difinitely don't qualify as a cpa you have to be able to read for that<ggg> I asked for a CPA's comment on something you no zip about
