No my post does not say that it is true. Have you ever heard of a company rediredting the focus of its operation. How much was a jeans operation adding to a copmany, who is in the Water and physical fitness business. In my opinion the operation is not adding that much to the bottom line and Barons made a deal which was less than benifical to the stockholders. Thus the company filed a law suit to correct the situation. And as you report they have filed counter suit. Do you think they should just walk away or should they try to save the company a large some of money?
