If you want my brokers name you could send me an email and I could return the name and telephone number of my broker. They do a great job for me. They have an 800 number so you should have no communications costs. He has a staff of 4 brokers plus a secretary. BTW, I was not having problems on Friday like you were. Good luck, Joan
