However, Good testified that he didn't see the person on top smashing the other person's head into the sidewalk, as Zimmerman claims Martin did before he fatally shot the teen.

Because a witness didn't see a particular action, doesn't mean that it didn't happen. He is testifying to what he saw. And he did testify that he saw the guy on top, the guy with the darker complexion and hoodie, raining down punches in MMA ground and pound style.

The blood and swelling on the back of Zimmerman's head support the assertion that Martin was banging Zimmerman's head on the ground. Zimmerman's broken nose and bloody face support the testimony that Martin was beating him. The lack of any such injuries on Martin indicate who the violent aggressor was in this situation.

Jonathan Manalo just testified that he didn't see a gun. So by your logic, there must not have been a shooting!

Good's testimony ended any chance the prosecution has.

Good said Trayvon was on top and was pummeling Zimmerman.

But he didn't not see him smashing the head either.
This is clear cut.

I don't know whether you saw the testimony of Mr. Good, but it was devastating for the prosecution. He essentially confirmed every aspect of Zimmerman's story, and did so in the most credible fashion one could conceive of a witness delivering.
