Carolyn - I understand. I know what I like, but I'm not sure
what parameters Doug would like in a POW. Best you direct your question
to him. This is what I might use:

// Carolyn's scan for POW qualifiers

Allgroup
Close(0) >2 //Stock is over $2
Close(0)<15 //Stock is under $15
SharesOut<25 //Shares out less than 25 million
SharesOut>5 //Shares out more than 5 million
AvgVol(0,-29)>350 //Average daily trading volume GT 35,000
((Max(-1,-175,cl)-Min(-1,-175,cl))/Min(-1,-175,cl))>.978
//I threw this in for the heck of it. It approximates TC2000's
//5% Charts, in that they move up and down a lot

Good luck.

-Al

Carolyn,

Too many shares outstanding = 22 million.

Too few...no such animal.

Minimum avg. daily vol (3 month avg if possible) = 20,000

For price I like $20 and under but if you want to use $15 that will work too.

Min. price should be 2 or over for listed stocks and smallcaps. If you want to also have BB's in your scans then there would be no minimum.

Anything else?
Doug R
