Dear Ben

I looked real quick, they hold about 1.5mm shares bought in the may to jul time frame( .80 to 1.08 cost). I see no sales after that. It appears that they stand to lose about $1.35mm, plus another $1mm(if they loaned the money). The interesting thing that I saw in the press release was the wording , the money"which is secured substantially all the Company's assets" I believe they are carrying a value of around $1.5mm.....any thoughts?

Regards
DaveU
