Consider the city which makes the award. What do you expect, rationality? That city's police force has complained for a decade that their HQ needs major repairs. Why wasn't it one of Obama's 'shovel ready' projects? They already have the money set aside for the repairs. Armed Black Panthers 'guarding' a polling place, making sure no 'crackers' can vote there. A union run city with corresponding high cost of doing business, because everyone knows union workers are just 'better' and 'deserve' higher pay and better benes. Sure. Don't get me started on the DRPA... a complete rip-off of commuters. They 'donated' $300M for a new concert hall, but just a few years later had to raise bridge tolls, because they didn't have the funds to make repairs. Not to mention the production of short films, acquisitions of an airport in another State, etc. A complete boondoggle organization, that far oversteps the bounds of its original charter... all on the backs of commuters. The list is endless, and oh so Libtard! THAT's how Hillary gets the Medal.
