Class action lawsuits bring very small settlement amounts to the individual stockholders. The only ones that make out are the attorneys. Their meters keep running and they get their share right off the top. I don't know how similar multiple lawsuits are handled by several firms against S3. It would seem to complicate things and create further delay in a process that is already time consuming. Don't expect anything for more that a year after a successful settlement. And I'm sure in S3's situation it will be several years, if not more, until a settlement is reached. You do not have to be a shareholder are the time of settlement, but you must have owned the stock during the period of time stipulated in the lawsuit. Keep in rder all of your confirmations of buys and sells, you will be asked for this information to prove your claim. Make copies and send them to the place given in any settlement documentation. Send them registered mail, return receipt requested.
