Exactly, zeta. Right on. It's the rogue who decides to blackmail someone or the malcontent. THink about the damage they could do to an innocent. The biggest thing to fear is a country that doesn't pay attention to the rule of law, because then all we have to rely on is the good will of our government. Do you want to live in a country where you can't depend on the law, but have to pray the government worker will treat you right out of the goodness of his heart? I don't.
