You move to Denmark. You want to keep the parts of the constitution you like. Do you also want to go back to slavery, women not being able to vote, and all the other things we have had to change over the years. When you pick and choose what parts of the constitution you want to follow, or say it says something courts cannot even agree on, who is to say what is the original constitution? Oh yeah, the supreme court and the congress. And the supreme court cannot even decide what the constitution says exactly ergo all the 5/4 decisions. But you know exactly what it says, huh? Maybe you need to send a memo to the supreme court that you know all the answers. You are not even in the majority, so suck it up dude, you are going to have to live in the modern world and majority rule whether you like it or not. Can't you see cultures and societies evolve? Well, you need to try and evolve with everyone else. Christ almighty.
