But he also cannot arrest everybody and anybody off the street and prosecute them without proper evidence. everybody is presumed innocent until proven guilty. I am absolute;sy sure you know that. But your accusations seem that you have already pre judged. Are you sure of that, Chinu? According to the Patriot Act, Obama can detain indefinitely or assassinate any American that he determines is a terrorist...all this without judicial review. You have far fewer rights than you think you do.
