Hell, if I saw a black man or a white man with a hoodie, suspiciously loitering around my neighbor's homes, I would also be very concerned and probably call the police. Suspiciously looking around? What does that mean.....perhaps to Zim but not to others... To you a hoodie in the rain is suspicious and reason to be concerned? You ever been around a Jr. Hi School rain or not.....lots of suspicious characters, no? I believe Zim was scared....wannabees are often frightened people just like all the Wingers on this thread who are afraid of their shadows....
