Howdy RiskMGMT,

you were absolutely correct.... us young 'uns never knew much of anything..... Real estate is a something
that I really have found a profound love of as time goes by... especially when you get with the program,
and create an LLC , Corporation...... foundation.etc and depreciate it as part of the expense profile..
It's way to cool that you can from an accounting and IRS viewpoint create so many expenses, deductions,
depreciation schedules.... Accelerated Depreciation..... and run a positive cash flow property... and create
a negative cash flow burn from an accounting aspect.

And the IRS drew up the rule book !!.... or more exactly the Tax attorneys / accountants.. entrepreneurs
who have the vision to create the play books. Talk about creating high paying lucrative jobs!!!!!

Quite a situation....

and...

what the heck did I know !!...... Crude Oil was kind of churning away and going
sideways getting ready for the big global crude collapse and being in Houston... that had some peripheral
tug at my perceptions..... but that was only on the margins...

I am easily distracted and also fascinated by those shiny, flashy objects that all good Magicians use to
misdirection to catch the inattentive off step and not able to see the illusion.....!!!
