I agree it's very bad. Jay Robb has a nice program. He's a nutritionalist out here in S CAL that allows one to eat the good carbs but avoid the sugars and while doing so as a side benefit may help those with sugar issues. When I am in reduce mode, I follow it and do so while enjoying eating out as I do most every day.

Phils power pancake which I recently discovered is another healthy choice but it's hard to find unless one has access to a MOTHERS food store. I'm looking into a web site to order. I just sent a bunce to FLA to one on my gang and he loves them. Very filling and very healthy.

I found the contributions on the board re sugar to be very informative and helpful.
