No doubt a big shortage of available housing at the lower end of the scale. Not economically feasible to build new without subsidies in the low cost areas. How will this all play out over time?

I think we recover slowly but surely. A lot of damage was done to the housing market from 2001 til 2007. Recovery won't be over nite.

Cost to build is too high. I am interested in the feasibility of importing housing.
