Douglas, I agree in general with your thoughts about the IMF programs and their possible effect, the market exposure of CREAF, and the likelihood that revenue and earnings will trend up (probably above estimates) over the next few quarters. Lets hope the results are closer to your asumptions than mine. Thanks for your input, I have found it very interesting. By the way, the pony express rider managed to get my annual report deliverd today so I will have a chance to go over it tonight.

Best Wishes

Hitch

Doug, I tend to think that last weeks 30% wacking was a gross overreaction to this Asia business. I think panic spread and bears piled on in an effort to drive the stock below the 200 DMA and break its support. They waged an all out attack but the stock held that support the last three days of the week and finished in a small rally.
I would think the selling pressure should have subsided and if we can get an uptrend started it would feed on itself as shorts covered and bargain hunters set in. Even accepting the softening in Asia and Latin America, CREAF is undervalued at 4 x cash and 8 x earnings.

It could turn out that last weeks debacle was a blessing in disguise. (But one that I didn't want or enjoy.) It's certainly cleared out a lot of weak hands and has apparently shown the strong support at 20. If this support does hold, people won't fear buying at this level, and we could get the kind of rally that would let it finally break 30. Anyway, that's the scenario I'm now hoping for.
