And everyone knows, Apple is preaching to a cult.
First welcome to our thread.

Please read the thread header for the rules for posting here.

Implying that Apple enthusiasts are members of a cult is somewhat insulting to me at least and I would appreciate it if you would refrain from using these types of descriptions to make your points.

Thanks.

I prefer to think Apple is maintaining an iOS social network of 300 million and growing. The biggest difference between them and other social networks though, is that Apple already monetizes them through hardware, apps, media, iCloud; and has plenty of room to grow, especially in services. I don't know why this is discounted in the valuation.

The Pebble looks like something found at the bottom of a cereal box circa 1987. If Apple, with its J.Crew-ish ads and fetish for all things sleek, can't produce anything more attractive than that, I agree, the company is doomed.
Have you actually seen one? Read reviews, at least? Anything but cheesy... it's incredible looking. Maybe not your taste, but of course the iWatch won't be everyone's taste either.

And hype? I think a multibillion dollar company can out-hype just about anyone outside of Hollywood. And everyone knows, Apple is preaching to a cult.
True. Apple is a genius marketing machine. But I think consumers are rapidly wising up to them. Hence how far they've fallen out of favor. Seems like more people are embarrassed than proud to be using their products this year.
