Then you can tell your hooker if you prefer "leeches, crickets or earthworms" - more efficiently. Your just fishing for any negative you can think of. Maybe he's not using the right type of bait. You should really talk to his hooker.

So if you want to say "call my hooker" you wait until other people aren't around, or dial the number on your phone. iWatch doesn't have to work for everything all the time, no product does. Of course. But some people don't want others to overhear a discussion with the wife about dinner or other mundane conversations. I think there won't be mass adoption of any device unless it provides the ability to hear sound privately (i.e., includes an integrated wireless earbud or similar) and can make calls as well (rather than interacting with a separate device that does).
