Zim's "best friend" wrote a book containing the details of the cleaning claiming he did from his memory of a car ride home with Zim........hmmmm Zim wasn't a co-author, was the book sold or selling? Who get the profits? What did Zim do with all the donations made to his defense funds about which his lies got him tossed in the klink.... "The defense asked medical witnesses would blood flow out your nose while laying on your back - they all said no - it would if flowing go down your throat due to gravity." They didn't ask it that way, they asked if blood could also flow up through the nose and where it would have gone.....ans....sinuses, and throat... There was not suggestion blood didn't flow out of the nose because it did.... "Did you take the time tested advice of go lay down, head back?" That may have been the treatment in your day, but that's not the way bleeding noses are treated today....see pix... Do see anyone laying down with head back???? google.com
