Mike, WOW What a lineup! Thanks for a definition of what a COCO nut is. I admit I was a little lost with some previous posts. Congrats to you for developing a network of I-net users you are comfortable with in this exchange of information. Congrats to all of you. This is what helps the individual investor keep control. I am aware of some friends who refuse to work the BBs. I tell them that they have to develop a relationship with the Boards and learn who is legitimate and who is not. So far from the sounds of this group I have fortunately fell into some friendly fire. If I note any URLs of significance I will post for your list. Have a good night. Bill

CALL COMPANY 6) What are outstanding shares and float? CALL COMPANY, per advisory - 10 million and 6 million before acquisition and 20million (unknown float ) after. 5) Is there an audited report of the financials? SEC? Check it out in a few. 4) Does the acquired company know what it's giving up? Or is it they simply want to become part of a US stock exchange?
