Wow! I'm just blown away by the fact that almost 1/3 of 44k responding Samsung smartphone owners had trouble with their Android-based Samsung phones
It is a poll - not actual repair data. Apple products are in need of repair as often as most other manufacturers. Also, Apple users pay much higher premiums and prices, which both affords more support and means that they aren't buying mid and lower range phones that are more likely in need of support.

At the next upper management meeting the chairman will declare a crisis in customer satisfaction ;-)
