He is simply ignorant of every topic being discussed. He has learned how to cut and paste and that is what he does. He has no background an no mechanism for personally sorting through points of views and forming a thoughtful judgement. That is why your continued invitations to read articles you found informative and to comment rationally on them are met with a pouty and sulky hostility. He just has nothing personally to say.

He is dumb and that is the long and the short of it...

There aren't any self replicating molecules in nature. And molecules react, the don't evolve.
